Looking north west up Windermere from lakeshore at Bowness Bay. Two jetties protrude into the water from the shore. Small steam launch in between the piers and many other boats of various types on the water. People on the jetties and lakeshore sightseeing/admiring the view. Three tree covered islands in the lake (Hen Holme, Lady Holme, Rough Holme). Mountains in distance are Heron Pike and the Scandale Fells.
