Nethertown
1950s
Looking Southeast, a curving coastline recedes into distance. Tide is out revealing extensive beaches. Several huts and prefab buildings built along edge of beach. Many cars in parking area at centre of the buildings and many people on beach. Railway line following the coast on an embankment and people walking along a footpath to the left. Structures in distance are parts of the Sellafield Nuclear Power Station.
