An impressive 3 storey terrace of Boarding Houses on the Promenade, next to St Chad's Terrace, with Mr. Hall advertising his premises on the right. The last 2 windows on the left are an extension/different building. The net curtains are pleasingly symmetrical. A car and a horse and cart await outside, with tram tracks passing in front. All the buildings in view are now (2021) part of Lyndene Hotel.
