Looking east from the footbridge across the lines at Lindal Station. Engine No 108 is waiting at the up platform with passengers alongside the sandstone waiting shelter. Goods avoiding line on the right. Footbridge, erected 1908. Mine building background left. The station closed on 1st Oct 1951.
