The Ford in Little Langdale Beck

Mid 1920s

View of Sankey’s Morris driving out of the far side of the beck towards Little Langdale village having driven down one of the three possible routes from the Coniston road. Three boys are watching from the edge of the river and two women are waiting on the edge of the causeway having crossed by the footbridge.
