The view Northeast from the foot of Wastwater. Low Wood on the left. A boathouse tucked in the trees. Several rowing boats pulled up on the shingle. One boat in the water with man in bowler hat pretending to row but facing the wrong way. The boat is still moored with a chain. Background of hills at the head of the lake. Wasdale Screes on the right.
