Mid 1920s
View north along the shore with a stone breakwater and the landing stage in the foreground. On the right is the station, the footbridge and the back of the Scawfell Hotel. Further left are the large buildings including Caldersyke Girls School and The Banks. Three bathing huts can be seen at the top of the beach.
