View of Queen Mary under tow at a slow speed with small boats and several tugs in attendance forward and aft. Smoke coming out of the forward and middle funnel indicating the boilers are fired up. Most of the lifeboats are absent from there davits indicating no passengers aboard. Photo possibly taken during engine/speed trails on the Clyde river/estuary prior to maiden voyage in 1936.
