Launch of Submarine Triton

Triton, a T-Class submarine was launched on 5th October 1937, seen under tow by tug in Walney Channel with Walney Island in the background and a crowd of shipyard workers on slipway. Triton was dual-launched with Undine on the 5th October 1937. She was lost with all hands in November 1940 between the Ionian and Adriatic Seas.
