Oriana (from H711)

SS Oriana (launched 03/11/1959) built for the Orient Steam Navigation Company (becoming P&O in 1966) being fitted out under the 150t crane in Buccleuch Dock probably 1960. Mainly used to transport thousands of emigrants to a new life in Australian and NZ in the 60s & 70s (£10 Poms).
