A view of the midships port side of HMS Vanguard clearly showing the armament and torpedo net beams. Two large temporary tanks are rigged between the aft turrets, ready for trials. On the right of the picture can be seen a ship's bell and the flue to the galley stove. Civilians wander the deck many in white collars.
