A partly built vessel is undertow by a tug in Walney Channel just after its launch. A second tug is at the stern. One of the crew of the lead tug is coiling a rope. Two men in a rowing boat close to the ship’s bow. Walney Bridge in the distance to the right. General Guerrero was a cruiser transport built for the Mexican Government.
