Chinese Cruiser Hai Chi

In 1911, Hai Chi visited the United Kingdom to participate in the fleet review held to mark George V's coronation. Built by Armstrong Whitworth in 1896-99. Was the biggest ship built by China until the Cold War. Her crew were helping to train the crew of Ying Swei that was building in Barrow.
