Isle of Man Packet Steamer leaving Fleetwood making smoke and leaving a large wash of white water. Many passengers on after deck. Built in 1887 for the Manx line operating from Liverpool to compete against Isle of Man Steamship boats from Fleetwood. At 22.5 knots it was successful and the Isle of Man Packet Company bought her and her sistership and they proved reliable ships. They were taken up by the navy and scrapped after WW1.
