The same scene a few seconds later, a paddle tug approaching and a small crowd watching. Looks exactly like one of the three monitors built for Brazil but bought by the Navy. Severn launched 19 Aug 1913, Mersey launched 30 Sept 1913 or Humber launched 8 Aug 1914. See 1682 and 1685
