SY Lady of the Lake
c.1908
View of port side steam yacht on the lake in a strong tail wind. Only crew visible. Maybe this 1908 when the yacht first sailed on Coniston. Ordered by Furness Railway from JL Thorneycroft, Southampton in 1908. Operated until 1939, broken up 1950. Picture could be trials 1908.
