Dutch Tanker SS Iris
c. 1921
View of starboard aft quarter of tanker, with Holland-Iris on her side, tied up at the petroleum jetties. Small schooner ahead of her on the petroleum jetty. Dutch built in 1918, was scuttled near Palembang to avoid capture by the Japanese. Salvaged and renamed Kikusui Maru and was torpedoed by USS Snook 24 Oct 1944.
